Leadership is a changing process that changes in accordance to the time. There is always a continuous improvement in this regard that is required to make it possible that opportunities that are being created because of changing time are not compromised. It also makes it possible to make better utilization of the available resources to increase organizational productivity.

Earlier industries used to make use of only basic resources, but modern industries are making use of every possible aspect so as to increase their profitability with the help of suitable allotment through leaders. In earlier days, information does not used to play such a significant role as it plays in present scenario. Positioning of organization is the primary task ahead of leaders of the organization as it is this feature that defines perspective of the customers and ultimately decides the market value seized by the organization. Strategic vision can be considered as the deriving force behind various leadership concerns that inspires and runs the entire organization to achieve various goals set by the company's strategic department. This vision is a mixture of company's objectives and present situation.

Both internal and external information plays a crucial role and importance of which can not be ignored at any possible level of its conduct. Leaders are now taking special care to empower all the employees as it provides organizations with the required internal strength to fight adverse external conditions and perform in a dynamic manner. Different information sources should be analyzed by the leaders along with their reliability so as to avoid any ambiguous situation that could arise. Once these sources have been identified, information from all of them should be combined to formulate strategies for both long and short run of the organization. Internal information helps in removing drifts between different individuals, and external information keeps a leader informed about different tactics that are being adopted by its rival companies. Leaders have to take care of these sources of information and nurture them along with time as they are not used for a temporary basis; rather they are developed for permanent basis. There can be no preferential order between internal and external sources of information both of them are crucial for the organization and can not be ignored at any cost, otherwise it will affect company's policies and hence stake of the leader in the company.

Another aspect with which I have been enlightened is regarding creativity. This factor holds very high preference in present scenario as it is this factor that adds up in the USP of the organization. There can not be any other factor that could replace it and act on its behalf and looking at the level of competition present in the market condition, none of the leader is ready to make compromise over this issue as could result into lower sales of the organization.

Leadership is an entity that is highly related to the external conditions especially economic conditions of the corporate sector. Economic conditions are influenced by a number of other factors that on an integrated manner makes it difficult for a leader to leave out any of the factor out of consideration. Also continuously shifting market from heavy industries like automobiles, steel have created also have raised the requirement of leadership approach to be developed in a highly diversified manner such that all the requirements are fulfilled along with keeping a feature of flexibility as its core element.

Globalization has also made a deep impact over the market trends that make utilization of mass markets and tangible assets important for an organization so as to make sure that every possible opportunity is utilized. They are implemented by the leaders of the organizations that are well aware of the needs of customers and their satisfaction.

Empowering employees at all levels

If power is unevenly distributed within organization, it could reduce the productivity of the organization; hence leaders have to take of this particular feature also. Even distribution of power makes it possible to raise the level of integrity among different employees working in the organization. This can be further clarified from the saying of Ken Melrose, 'great leader is a great servant'. Presently success of most of the organizations is based over flow of information and flat structure promotes this particular aspect that represents significance of empowering employees at different levels. Top down approach have now getting diminished while flat structure approach is becoming more popular so as to maintain synchronization between external conditions and organizational functioning.

Sharing Internal Knowledge

Knowledge has become one of the most important resources available with the organizations. Without this particular resource, it is impossible for an organization to conduct most of its activities in the manner they are presently performing. Sharing of information with different employees binds them with the organization and also when this information gets combined with knowledge of the employees itself, could provide outstanding results for the organization. This helps in not only identifying the available opportunities, but also threats in front of the company by its rivals and changing conditions. This information is made available to the supply chain partners of the company as it may provide benefits to them and ultimately strengthens bond between them and the organization. Inefficiency of an organization is presented from the fact that despite of presence of all these information, it is unable to harness it and shape its structure in order to make use of the available opportunity. This finally represents failure of the leader hence reducing his worthiness that brings down his value to the organization and company must take certain steps to rectify its structure in this respect.
