Furthermore, it is better to have good IT skills. (Anita et al. 2009)
5 Comparison of current and targeted situation
On one hand, it is possible that you are qualified to be a lecturer in higher education. From your interests, your favorite thing is something relating to words, like writing, speaking and reading. In terms of this, it is persuasive that you have potentials and abilities to possess excellent oral and writing communication skills. Also, you like doing research which is a basic requirement for a lecturer in university. From your experiences, it can be accounted for that you have many specific experiences so that you may know how to be a teacher. To some degree, you are familiar with the procedure for designing, preparing and developing teaching materials. At the same time, it is easy for you to assess students' coursework and set examinations. (Anita et al. 2009)
On the other hand, you are a university student. You are too young to have enough academic knowledge and management abilities to be in charge of the students who are beyond eighteen years old. Basically, it is not easy for you to publish a certain amount of researches, even to get doctoral degrees.
6 conclusions
Your personalities tend to show an interest in the creative, new and experimental aspects of situations rather than dealing with routine practicalities. Neither do you like having things too structured nor being tied down. These make you easier cope with the unexpected than many. Nonetheless, you seem to be quite cautious and careful. This can be very important in detailed work or areas where mistakes can lead to a major loss. For the most part, you prefer a blend of either an exciting or a calm situation. In the meantime, your score which is above the average in a verbal reasoning test shows that you may have a good ability to understand, analyze and interpret written information. In your effort to be a tutor, you should benefit from this experience in life. Taking all these into consideration, you are really a strong candidate in this field. The only drawback is your lack of academic outcomes. (BBC, 2010)
