No diet is perfect, with each having pros and cons. On the whole, my impression of Nutrisystem is positive because it is an effective weight loss program that not only helps its clients achieve their desired weight loss, but also teaches them to maintain their weight afterwards. The most appealing part to me that Nutrisystem is applicable to a wide variety of people, including diabetics and vegetarians. The diet is convenient and very easy to follow, and does not discourage people. It is very suitable for busy individuals who don't have enough time to follow a conventional diet. People are promoted to eat a variety of foods, to making losing weight enjoyable and doable.
Another quality factor I like about Nutrisystem is that the meals are rich in low GI carbohydrates, high in fiber and protein (but not a high-protein diet). In addition to this, Nutrisystem uses heart-healthy fats in their food products (Omega - 3 fatty acids), which are good for the development of healthy heart, skin, and brain.
