Mr Alex Cheah the owner of the land plot 23A in Petaling Jaya Seksyen 13 is planning to build his own single storey bungalow house. It has always been Mr Alex Cheah's dream to build his own dream home. Mr Alex wants his dream home to have a modern concept with all the latest facilities and equipment. In order to make this dream reality Mr Alex Cheah as the project sponsor has appointed Sunway Group Berhad as the developer of Mr Alex's future single storey bungalow house. Developer is the big boss of whole construction project and the one who developes the empty lands. Being a developer, rich isn't the key character because they can borrow money from bank or contra the land to the bank.

In this project of constructing a single storey bungalow house for Mr Alex, Sunway Group as the developer will be handing over project to Sunway's Project Manager( Reuben Raj) to be fully in charge over this project. Reuben Raj as the project manager will assign people from different companies and firms to work together to build this house. The project manager will create three different working groups which are the Management team, Design team and the construction team.
A Consultant assists in scheduling, estimating, etc. They do make daily reports for the developers to check. Consultants can be say as a middle guy between contractor and developer. They give advices or comments to the contractors once they are not following the plan to work. If the project has any problems, developer may looks for the consultant to give advice or complain to the contractor. Warning letter will be given by the consultant to contractor if there's any unsatisfactory with the client. They do also have a site meeting to discuss about the progress and to make the solutions if there's any problems occur.
The appointed consultant for Sunway Group will be none other than Tan Huat Chye. Tan Huat Chye is a Human Capital and Organizational Development (OD) consultant by profession.
