How do we communicate?

The easiest and most effective way of communicating is by talking and listening to each other.

Although within the health and social care sector from one reason or another simply talking and listening is not always possible due to physical disabilities. Other ways of communicatin can include sign language, braile, picture cards and technological aids.

Most personal preferences can be located within the individuals care plan.
