Therefore, the delegation help management limited time more skilled staff. In the case, in this company it is hard to communicating at all levels. The workers' turn-over in the knitting and finishing sections is high. Dyeing and cutting staff are overstaffed. That is the reason why they blame each apartment. But don't let it at that. When RON have Shared all the necessary information, need time to review the details and answer any problems that may occur.
Step 4: Track Work and Provide Feedback
When RON found that his team and distribution of work, don't just write it down, forget about it. It is meaningful to follow the work is completed, to ensure that it is correct and complete specifications.
RON certainly don't want to microscopic management work, he represented, but he should be kept in circulation, so he can monitoring work, and provide feedback to improve. And his goal should be used to keep the parties so RON can handle and solve any potential problems or issues.
Step 5: Make it Ongoing
RON's service function changes, so his delegation will also change. On a regular basis, to see if his income, he who is entrusted to in order to determine if he needs outsourcing more work, may expand his team.
