MyEG Services Berhad is a concessionaire for the Malaysian E-Government MSC Flagship Application. MyEG role as a Service Provider for the E-Services component essentially provides the electronic link between the Government and citizens/businesses. Through MyEG portal, MyEG offer the Malaysian public a single point of contact between the Government and the people it serves. MyEG portal enables Malaysians to dynamically interact with numerous agencies within the Federal, State and the Local Government machinery providing services ranging from information searches to licence applications. To cater the services which require physical presence/interaction, MyEG has set up E-Service Centres located throughout the country to complement our online presence. We believe that through this dual approach, we can enhance the relationship and quality of interaction between the Government of Malaysia and its citizens.

MyEG website becomes slow during peak and busy hours. MyEG is known for user to check their summons and renew license and permits. These are done simultaneously by other user due to due dates and same expiry of product and services. When it comes to a certain day of a month a lot of user or consumer are clogging up MyEG bandwidth capacity that causes an online traffic jam that may rise up concern and unhappiness towards the website and its services. User may not use the website to the fullest and rather do its transaction or check for information traditionally and the website may in no use.
� Font
Reading the words that are in the website is a headache. It is merely impossible to describe the words that are in the website. The font size chosen by the provider is not suitable even for a person with good eyesight. The words seen are too a small and consumer may have hard time reading and it may strain the person eye.
� Unorganized information
The information that the MyEG website holds are not organized properly. Information�s are packed and makes the website look very messy and unprofessional. For example there are too many information that holds various kind of call numbers that can be found on the main page of the website and may confuse the consumer.
