In the ancient of Roman (second and third centuries) the role thatthe majestic of Roman cult has been played on both politics and belief was not to believe in only their gods but also faith in the Roman monarchy. Romans were trust in the emperors like they believed in gods. The imperial cult influenced Roman's people both religion and government that was good for in term of direction. Especially, in Augustus Caesar period as the first emperor of Roman age was mostly spread so widely.

Janus Quirinus(1995) stated that Augustus age should be studied first before focused on the role of imperial cult as he was the first Roman empires. According to, this age launched and got on new scopes. The final was expanded from city to city as usually for specific circumstance. In the Augustus period, the imperial cult showed in every place not only liberty states but also settlement states. Moreover, it became soquickly expanded to be well-known cult in Roman. Moreover, Dr.Karen Carr(2009) mentioned Greek influenced Roman religion for an example; Jupiter was the head of gods in Roman religion which his name connected to god of Roman called Zeus. Furthermore, they both represented for the gods of the heavens. Whenever, god Zeus or god Jupiter got mad throwing the lightning bolt had been occurred. However, it was not totally the same. Actually, gods of Roman separated form Greeks but afterward Roman admitted more and more and also accepted the worship. Especially when the imperial expanded the Roman kingdom,there were lots of gods in Roman belief and each god charged in each part of the world: wind, elements and onward. Romans thought their gods was "doutdes" that stood for "I give so that you will give" in Latin. Gods would come again to help people, when they surrendered to the gods.

Emperor Augustus thought of his program called "cultural program" aimed effort for next twenty years. The Roman Kingdom had finally brought logical government to the infinite territory, food and festivals to the Roman people, regulation to the military and a great expand to the economy. The Roman watched out their empire with a powerful added in mind of charge.

In conclusion, the Imperial cult was an influence for Romans when people believed the emperor was their gods and goddesses in both religion and government. This kind of religion could provide totally power to the emperor and control was also in his hands. The emperor could push their people to be nationalism, unity and absolutely politic. It made just Roman to be an elegant. Unfortunately, time changes, emperor also changes. Some might not be able to control their people and country anymore. As Paul Zanker(1990) presented after the emperor Augustus Caesar passed away then the discussion of the Roman Senate happened. They launched officially Saeculum Augustus as a resolution to authorize to give him an honor.
