Mission Statement:
"Mission statement basically explains the main purposes of an organization of what it does for its clients". It must include socially significant and assessable principles addressing models such as the proper/ethical point of the enterprise, open image, the objective market, products/services, the terrestrial area and hopes of progress and profitability.
Mission statement provides direction to manager that how the business should be developed. Mission statement gives a distinct value to an organization.
It should be easy to understand and easy to remember.
It should adapt changes.
It should be unique that is should be distinctive.
Vision statement:
"Vision statement identifies and explains the future condition that a company wishes to have". Basically it tells us what an organization what to become. Vision statement is communication point to stakeholders.
Values:
"Values are set of viewpoints and policies that organize the management of the business". It signifies the institutional attitude and the support to the cultural organization.

Value describes the ideologies for communications among every stakeholder.
Stakeholder:
"Basically stakeholders are persons or group of persons who have interest in how the business enterprises perform their activities because they are influenced by business enterprise". Every business enterprise no matter whether is it belongs to private or public sector, whatever kind of business it is, profit or nonprofit business, they contain stakeholders.

Views of customers, shareholders are different from each other that are the customer want good quality product shareholder will wish for more dividends similarly suppliers expects more payment. If good quality is not provided to the costumers so there is threat of losing costumers similarly if more dividend is not given to the shareholders their confidence will decrease.
Business enterprises are highly affected by society, pressure groups and government because if the government increases taxes it will definitely have bad impact on the profit of the business and similarly the pressure groups have their interest in particular matters and similarly community also affect enterprises to the great extend like society might forces you to buy new expensive machinery which decreases pollution etc.

We know that every enterprise whether it is private or public, profit or nonprofit they all have stakeholders. They have interest in how organization performs their different activities. The three extensive types of stakeholders in an organization are given below.
Internal stakeholders:
Mobilink GSM's internal stakeholders are staff, executives etc
Connected stakeholders:
Connected stakeholders of Mobilink GSM includes consumers, shareholders etc
External stakeholders:
External stakeholders of Mobilink GSM involves society, pressure groups, Government etc
Main objectives of stakeholders:
Internal stakeholders: as we know internal stakeholders are key people for an organization, because they run and control the organization. They have different objectives. Employees want that they should be treated well and they should not be considered as machine.
Costumers and shareholders plays lively role in achieving goals and objectives of Mobilink GSM. Objectives of the costumers are that they should be given best quality services with reasonable prices and they want environmental friendly services and objectives of the shareholders are that they should be given maximum dividend.
Society expects from Mobilink GSM that Mobilink GSM should do a lot for the prosperity of the society and the government's objective is that Mobilink GSM should pay the total taxes and not do anything which is against the law.
How Mobilink GSM satisfies the objectives of its stakeholders:
Mobilink GSM satisfies their clients by providing them best coverage with reasonable prices and by having different packages Mobilink GSM has made it easy for everyone to use their services. Mobilink provide good, flexible and friendly working environment for their employees. Responsibilities of an organization to society in general:
Every successful organization believes that any company which operates in any part of the world should participate in local social, cultural, and economic life. Citizens should be good corporate and work hard for the betterment of the society to which they belong. Responsibilities of an organization in general term are described below.
Societal investments:
It involves investments for the betterment of the society that is giving funds, donations and supporting cultural and welfare creativity.
Mutual Value:
Organizations must know that businesses and societies are in relationship with each other. If society flourishes, businesses will grow more, it gives more strength and money to society. Organizations should ensure that profit gained by company is not only of the company but it is also used in the welfare of the society at a great. After all each of them is inter dependent to each other.
Environment:
Organizations plays lively role in protecting environmental effects. Organizations keep in mind environmental act and ensures to the best of ability to minimize environmental effects.
In production sector organization emphasis on eco efficiency. This means to decrease wastage produced during production.
Responsible organizations aware employees about environmental pollution so that they can play their own role in minimizing environmental effects.
Education:
Organization plays great role in making society educated. Organization involves large number of programs and plans regarding educating peoples. For these reason organizations rehabilitates many education Centre's in many areas.
Health:
As we know health is basic need of human beings. Organizations should give great importance to health of society. Organizations can achieve this by giving donations to different hospitals and there should be proper arrangement for remote areas that is they should provide mobile hospitals. Organization must take steps to aware societies about different harmful diseases. Example HIV aids etc.

Nestlé Pakistan Limited includes extensive range of projects which are planned for improving health of peoples living in society. Filthy water is the main cause of many diseases and filthy water is the main problem especially in rural areas of Pakistan. In order to provide them potable water Nestlé Pakistan Limited installed several well and hand pumps in different parts of Pakistan. Since 2005 more than 300 hand pumps were installed by Nestlé Pakistan Limited.

Ufone GSM is among the leading organization of Pakistan. Ufone GSM has always played lively role in the critical conditions. Many peoples in Swat were affected by terrorist attacks and were force to leave their home in this critical time Ufone GSM open heartily helped IDPs, by providing them shelter and other basic necessities of life. Ufone GSM employees also willingly took part in donating IDPs by giving them their one day salary.
United Nations: (UN)

UN is the most leading organization which helps different countries. It has further more departments which helps humanity like UNICEF, UNHCR, UNESCO etc. They donate to different poor countries and they playing lively role in providing education, food, shelter, play and activities, awareness's projects like avoiding HIV AIDS etc. They have provided potable waters in those areas where potable water is hardly found like Africa, they are also awaking people against spreading of HIV AIDS. They are providing medical services where medical services are not good enough.
Task for M1:
As we know that every organization has some good and bad impacts on environment and on stakeholders. Though Mobilink GSM is playing lively role in making society prosperous on the other hand there are negative aspects of Mobilink GSM which is quite harmful for the society, some of harmful impacts of Mobilink GSM on environment are discussed below.
Microwave rays:
As we know that Mobilink GSM cannot provide telecommunication without microwave rays. Microwaves are rays which are very harmful for health, it has very negative impact on skin, eyes, nerves, muscles and tissues and other tissues. Microwave rays is increasing the rate of cancer as well.
Late night packages:
Mobilink GSM provides late night packages which are quite appreciated by large number of costumers, but it is also not liked by some stakeholder like parents. They says that their children specially youth uses late night packages on which they talk with their friends for hours, which decreases their night sleep level. We know that less sleeping has so many bad impacts on the health of individuals. Due to less sleep individuals are lazy is day time that is they do not perform their activities very well which in a sense has very huge impact on human life.
Employment insecurity:
Every employee wishes to have job security so that they should not be worried about losing employment. The problem with Mobilink GSM is that there is no employment certainty, this is to some extend good for the enterprise but it have harmful affect on internal stakeholders which are employees.
Job stresses:
Another harmful issue of Mobilink GSM to stakeholder is that Mobilink GSM does not provide healthy, lively environment that is they does not provide any exercising section in their organizations, which is not liked by the stakeholders because by doing so much work in office they feel stress there should be massaging centre's in the organization.
Unregistered SIM card:
Unregistered sim card is the major security issue in Pakistan. Level of crime is increasing due to unregistered sim cards. Unregistered sim abusers were a main reason of terror and worsening law and order condition in the state. But slowly government is tackling this issue.
Responsible behavior of Mobilink GSM in the current circumstances:
Mobilink GSM is acting so actively responsible to the environment and other stakeholders.
Flexibility and friendly environment:
Mobilink GSM believes that employees should be treated fairly they are human beings they should not be considered as machines. Mobilink GSM provides good and friendly environment to their employees. Mobilink GSM gives proper breaks during working hours.
Equal rights to employees:
Mobilink GSM gives equal rights to every employee. That is recruitment is on merit base as well as promotion is given to deserving employees. Mobilink GSM has a proper format for firing an employee.
Avoid using of unregistered sim cards:
Mobilink GSM is really active in stopping the use of unregistered sim. For this reason they are conveying message by different methods. Mobilink GSM conveys their message through radio, television and through other different ways. Now days when you buy Mobilink sim card or any other sim card you cannot use it until you have properly registered it.

Recommendations:
As Mobilink GSM is leading telecommunication market, they must keep it up and try to the best of their ability to maintain this position which is really a huge tough task. There are some recommendations that I think will further keep maintained their image in the market which are described below.
Scholarships for youth:
As we know now days every student uses cell phone, if Mobilink GSM provides scholarship for students it would really make a good image of Mobilink GSM enterprise among students and to some extent they can take control of huge market as well.
Reduce call rates:
Truly Mobilink GSM's prices are high as compared to other firms. They should decrease their price because if there available less prices in market why will one use Mobilink GSM would. So Mobilink should really focus price issue.
SMS packages:
Ufone GSM has gained so many costumers by issuing so many kinds of sms packages. Now days people uses sms a lot because it is cheap, so if Mobilink GSM starts issuing sms packages it will really attract
Rehabilitate school:
Mobilink GSM should take active part in the rehabilitation of schools and other different institutions because its education which is the key to prosperity, this will definitely make a very good image of the company.
Helping the nation in critical conditions:
8 October 2005 was the darkest day of Pakistan, similarly flood in Charsadda 2010 and other different critical moments at these critical conditions Mobilink GSM should take positive steps to help the affected people, by providing them shelter, food, water and other basic necessities of life. I think this will show I very great responsible image of the firm to the nation or society.
